WORK AT HOME

Many of us must have seen this ad “EARN 100$ PER DAY BY DOING SIMPLE WORK”. Seeing this ad we fool ourselves by dreaming that it would be great to earn big money by doing simple internet jobs. This is where the scammers take advantage of us as they know we are desperate to work at home. They want us to believe in what they say. They have been doing this for many years and won’t stop. Even we ignore our inner voice which asks us to avoid it. Eventually we pay fees, get duped and mentally sick.

Finally we are guilty of our own actions. We have to judge by ourselves what is right for us. We have to use our intuition, listen to our inner voice and evaluate the opportunity. There are many legitimate Companies which offers genuine work at home. To get the right work we will have to use logic and common sense and get educated ourselves in differentiating between the scam and genuine work.

There are many scams in this work at home industry which has one of the largest base on the internet. Every time a new scheme pops up to lure people and get them duped. I am giving below some tips which would help you in determining the fraud/scams from the legitimate ones:
1. If a company asks for upfront or any fees, AVOID it.
2. Avoid the company which uses free web host programmes like bravenet, geocities etc.
3. Check for the contact page which should have the actual address and telephone no. If not AVOID it.
4. If there are a lot of testimonials, just avoid it as a legitimate company rarely does it.
5. If the company lauds of “Great Pay by doing easy work” Avoid it.
6. Avoid the company if they ask too much of your personal information,
7. Don’t get involved with the company which asks for your personal account no.
8. Do research of the company by putting “company name (which offers job) + scam” in search engines and see results. Go through them and you can get to know whether they are genuine or not.
Finally you can go to whois.com and search for the company domain name. Go to the company website and find for how much period they are in operation. If the domain name registration doesn’t match then avoid it. For e.g. if the company say they are in operation since past 5 years and the domain registration in whois.com says that it is registered size months back. Avoid the company and programmes.
